During the 1806 Vellore Mutiny and the 1857 Sepoy Mutiny , the rebelling Indians tried to establish a King and proclaim a leader from the earlier ruling dynasty in the place. Who were the two people who were proclaimed as Kings during the Vellore Mutiny and the Sepoy Mutiny?
